Ready to use your All-Star Tech skills to become our Tech Expert at our fast-growing digital marketing agency?

We are looking for a dedicated tech specialist to join our team and support our clients in a timely and professional manner.

As Tech Specialist, you are responsible for a variety of core technical responsibilities and project management. You must be advanced or expert level with GHL (Go High Level) including building campaigns, triggers, tags, landing pages, custom values and automations. This is a core component of your job - we’ll provide additional processes and training to help you get even better. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry, data analysis, freshdesk ticket management and support, Asana Project Management, Wordpress website project management, coordination of website build projects, google sheet data analysis, chat support, and email support, Google Drive Organization.

To be a successful Tech Specialist you must excel at paying attention to detail, be process-driven, seek to optimize and improve existing processes where possible, be an excellent communicator and collaborator with internal and external team members to manage and complete projects within specific deadlines.

You love automation and process and you're constantly seeking ways to optimize processes with the power of automation and tracking. Proficient knowledge of HighLevel/GHL, Zapier, Analytics and experience managing campaign builds and projects that involve these tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Tasks Associated With The Role):

- GHL Campaign Building For New Client Onboarding: We have a semi-automated onboarding process to enable efficient campaign set ups. Tech Specialist will use existing templates and processes to customize new client accounts and campaign builds for new clients including setting up and testing funnels, triggers, campaigns, tag tracking, pipelines.

- Manage detailed tasks, and project management systems using Asana

- Working closely with our Lead Gen Specialist teams to ensure campaigns are built, tested and ready to LIVE within a timely manner.

RESULTS (Expected Accomplishments):

- Automates the systems, funnels, and processes

- Integrates the systems, funnels, and processes

- Educates people on how to use the integrations, funnels, emails, and processes

- Have new clients campaigns built out, tested and ready for approval within 48 hours of work-week after being notified on Asana.

- Ensuring client website builds are accomplished within deadlines and that highest quality control is maintained

- Maintaining, updating and improving Standard Operating Procedures.

- Provide timely responses to client technical inquiries via Freshdesk, email or support chat.

- Complete at a minimum one major action item or project every month. This will likely be (but not limited to) a GHL feature or process or automation project that we can implement.
